1. The New Beginnings Promotion is open to all Independent
Healy World Members worldwide, excluding Healy World
Members from South Korea.
2. The „New Beginnings Promotion“ starts on December 1,
2022 11:00 UTC and ends on January 1, 2023 23:59 UTC.
The promotion is organized by the Healy World entity with
which you have your IHWM contract.
3. The promotion consists of: Personally promote at least
three (3) new Members and/or Customers who purchase
a Healy Resonance Edition, MagHealy or higher during the
period from December 1, 2022 (11:00 UTC) to
January 1, 2023 (23:59 UTC) and receive a free MagHealy.
A sold MagHealy is also counted as a device in this
promotion.
4. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the
promotion at any time, in whole or in part, without notice
and without giving reasons, or to change its course if it is
not possible for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus,
manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal
reasons to guarantee that the promotion will be carried
out properly and on schedule. Liability for damages
arising from or in connection with the promotion,
irrespective of the legal grounds, shall be limited to intent
and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. A
cash payment in lieu of the free MagHealys is excluded.
5. These promotion conditions are subject to the applicable
law of the participant‘s IHWM contract.
6. Data protection provisions: By entering the Promotion,
the entrant agrees that the data provided by the entrant
as part of this Promotion may be used by the Company
for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Please
refer to the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on your
local Healy World website: https://us.healy.shop/.
